Yeah actually it’s pretty simple to get a private bathroom, they don’t tell you this but basically if you have any health issues like typically anaphylactic allergies etc. You can fill out the health accommodations form with your doctor and check off you require your own bathroom.

I got a few questions because I’m going to queens next year. When you self selected were there a lot of available room spaces at brant at that time? Do all the rooms have a private bathroom in brant? Is it noisy and does it get loud with all the music and partying? When you first move into the brant house what was available in the room initially? Thx and I appreciate your response

Hey Tesla, I just accepted to Queens this year and I have been on the res website 24/7 XD. Im pretty sure self selection is new for the upcoming year (could be wrong but I'm 99% sure). I am also wondering the answer to some of the other questions you asked. Hope this kinda helped? XD

Hii! Congrats on going to Queens!! As previous comments have mentioned, nobody was ever allowed to self select until your year, so I’m not sure how it works. Only a few rooms on each floor have private bathrooms. Most require a request (health accommodations like allergies normally work).

Also I was probably one of the loudest people on my floor because I had the biggest room so your asking the wrong gal about noise.

Lastly, all the furniture except the couch in this video came with the room. So bed frame, mattress (but I recommend you get a topper), night stand, desk etc.

In brant, all the floors have a few single bathrooms and dozens of canmate rooms (the shared bathroom style). The common rooms look out to different views, upper floors face the water (which is gorgeous).
