It's how the original mix was done. Personally I would have left the bass in the left channel until 50 seconds into the song when May joins in, but hey... can't have it all :-)

This was awesome, this has to be one of the most melodic bass lines Deacon has ever played. The constant tempo change is definitely an interesting way to keep you on your toes

Since I had nothing better to do, I searched KZbin for more people who made a video similar to this one. I can congratulate you: there is *nobody* on KZbin who played it flawless - except you and John. Even bar 128 did not cause you any problems while that is a very unusual pattern - almost as if they didn't really mean to do that but left it in anyway. :-) Everybody struggles with the timing, the runs, and some simply play wrong notes. Very well done, sir!

I've always loved that song and you did a perfect job! Everything's perfect, the tone, the playing, the balance between the song and the bass, the stereo, ... perfect!!!! and it must have been a pain in the bass with all those changes in the tempo. Thank you so much for all the great work you put into this M. Bassman!
