I tried my best to translate this masterpiece to non-Thai speakers with the help of my native Thai friends (shout out to Nattie, Jacob and Natjalah thanks for your help). This song is very difficult to be translated 100% accurately as it incorporates the usage of vocabs of a few Thai regional dialects and slangs. We tried our best to deliver the lyrics in English as near to the real meaning as possible. (The translation of captions has been submitted to KZbin for review but I am not sure that it would be published because the lyrics are kinda explicit). Before heading to the translations, the song title innau (pak gawn) literally means to take a break or a rest first but normally used to imply 'hold on!', 'chill!', or 'stop!', like when someone gets out of control, or someone's going to do something crazy. The song name is supposed to pronounce like "Puk - gone" Puk is a verb which means to rest. The word gone is used to emphasize the word Pak. In normal sentence, Thai will use this word to tell someone else when he/she wants to rest before doing anything else further due to low stamina. Puk - gone can be interpreted in many different ways depend on the circumstance>> in this case, it is Milli's catch word to tell someone to hold on/take a break from nonsense action. The slang can be interpreted as "Should take a rest, Rest please, Rest Bit*h , Bit*h you'd better take a rest., Hold on, Chill, and etc." So the first part of the song means >> Hold on bit*h! ํYou mom told you to take a rest. You're still young and naive to flirt ! Rest! I want you to recover. You sound like you're on birth control pill when you talk. Sis, you better go back to sleep. PS. I am also a native speaker.
