Hello Helena! I love your videos! I'm a Louisiana Creole married to a Cameroonian and live near Atlanta. A lot of your food is similar to Cameroonian cuisine, fufu, pepper soup, okra stew...also, yes my mom always put bay leaf in her rice container.
