Helena sister, just wondering. I see you always use “Maggie cubes” and the Knor powder. They are one in the same. One is cubed and the other is in powdered form for convenience and easy to dissolve. The Lawry seasoning, and Maggie are high in sodium. And I see you use that a lot but hardly ever use garlic which pairs well with the seasonings you’re using to flavor. Are you allergic to garlic?? Cause West African and Caribbean we don’t skimp on our garlic, thyme etc….

Yess Queen. We love to swallow. Haven’t seen a cooking video in awhile. I can always smell and taste your food. You fit. I could never sit that low and get up with ease. 💪. And all that bending over. My back could never. See. I would have to get up and go to the store to buy frozen okra. You get to pick from your garden. Know the fellas waiting for their plate 🍽️. I would 😂. My mouth is watering watching this cook. The fufu in this blue bowl look like fufu for 1. Ohhhh. There’s another huge bowl with more fufu 😂. I know that soup tastes amazing. Lawd have mercy 🙌🏼. The farm is really coming along. Helena I know it is the farm , but you really need some table or high elevation to make sure no sand or dirt get in the food. Pls this is just my opinion.
