Nah she gives good damage in 1v1 with sae level mm ( like anyone from wanwan to lesley ) Its just that you have to play at least 400 matches with her to know about advantages and flaws

You gotta keep poking the enemy with your first skill, she is preetty weak at early game not because of her damage output.. Her damage is actually preety good in early game it's just because she is a bit squishy... Getting second or third core item can make her really op just gotta farm till than

When harassing enemies, you have to use skill 2 first and then skill 1 because skill 1 gives you speed boost and you can run away incase somebody tried to gank you out of surprise because exp lane is very close to enemies base. For killing, make sure enemies have low hp, if half then you can't kill them.
