I couldn't do it while in contractions, I tried and I was like... NOPE I need to focus XD Of course I give birth without epidural so I give birth in less than 4 hours and my contractions are insane, but I welcome the pain. After that pain, any amount of smaller pain barely hurts me. XDDD #BaptismOfFire #HailFreya

Love the basket videos! You are the queen of tapping. Just the perfect amount of time spent tapping each item. I used this idea the last time I had a guest. I added lip balm, mints and a large bottle of water. They were impressed and appreciative. Thanks for the idea and the relaxation!
