I love strawberry pound cake in the spray. I had a body lotion go bad in less than 6 mths. I wish they would do a Vanilla Bean like they did way back in the 90’s. That was the best vanilla ever, no flowers or floral sent added in it…. just sweet vanilla.

its still crazy to me how BBW will have the most random scents/products out and not have the most obvious or basic ones you would expect them too. its like how oreo will come out with some random nonsense like "chocolate grapefruit carrot cake oreos, limited edition!" and not be selling basic strawberry creme flavored ones

I wish there was an archive somewhere of every scent ever - I remember a few from the late 90's when I was in college that never came back again (I can't recall the names though!). My tops are: Waikiki Beach Coconut, Coconut Lime Breeze, Fresh Cut Gardenia, Almond Blossom, Bonfire Bash, Fresh Coconut and Cotton, Magic in the Air, At the Beach, Whipped Rose Latte, and Vanilla Mocha Cream.

I LOVE Twisted Peppermint, but oddly enough something in it sort of burns on my skin. I wonder if it has real peppermint oil which might account for the burning/tingling. I've had to learn to spray my clothes instead with that scent.

Lovely list. My top 3 so far is thousand wishes, sunset glow and dark kiss. I think a thousand wishes will always stay number 1 for me despite whatever comes. And waikiki beach coconut is the best tropical one from bnbw and into the night is the best grown up scent they have so far. These 5 are gold. Never tried confetti cake pop and am looking fwd to getting the vanilla sprinkle during summer sas. In the stars is a great one too that garners a lot of compliments .

Hi Bonnie! I really wish they would bring Dahlia back and I have customers ask me for Honey Wildflower on a daily basis at this point but YES, we really do sell that much Japanese Cherry Blossom. It’s mostly to the older crowd but some younger people like it for it’s freshness. I sell more JCB than I do Gingham, which, as you know, is BBW’s signature scent. ❤️♈️🔥

I will always love JCB and have it in my collection. A friend gifted it to me for my birthday and it has been my most complimented scent ever since. I really don't wear it much anymore because I have newer scents that I love to buy I usually update when they change the packaging. I'm not a fan of everything on here but I think you did a good job of compiling a list of scents that really cover a range of different scent profiles and tastes; I think it's a pretty fair list for an overall best scent profile. 😊 There are a couple of others I would put on my own personal list! Pear Blossom was my all-time favorite scent -- that was one of the older ones that they used to bring back for summer SAS all the time, but I think it's been over a decade since they've had it. I used to wear it in high school alllll the time (late 00s) and I always got compliments on it, from both high school kids and adults. It was so fresh but also sweet and really lovely; I think it was fairly universal. I always get excited when they bring out a pear scent and hope it's similar, but they have yet to repackage it. You can still find them on eBay but for around $30 a bottle...and I'm not convinced they haven't gotten rancid by now. 😅 Forever Red is another favorite of mine and I think is a pretty well-liked scent too. I still wish they'd bring back the Forever Red Vanilla Rum and Forevee Red Midnight because both of those were amazing too, and even better than the original, but I think even the OG is a pretty classic, well-liked scent.

Strawberry pound cake layers so well with a lot of perfumes I have like Mon Paris by YSL, flower bomb, Burberry her and Gucci Flora gorgeous gardenia. I'm absolutely obsessed with strawberry pound cake. When the strawberry note fades you're left with the most delicious subtle vanilla. I've been buying up all I can Incase it just disappears like all of the good ones do.

Glad you mentioned how it layers & reveals its scent notes. I tend to avoid trying SB scents as I don't tend to like them in me (only exception I've encountered was VS SB & Champagne). Now I'll have to try it in store & layered w some of my faves to see if it's worth picking up.

@@ellacall I've found tons of lotions from BBW that I love to layer with all my high end perfume. I just discovered a raspberry scent I got around Christmas which was peace I think it's peach and raspberry but it layers perfect with Versace pour femme EDT. And I use vanilla coconut with my Versace crystal noir edt. Lotion in general makes perfume last longer but when you find one that ramps up and enhances your fragrance... even better

Hi Bonnie! You were spot on when you spoke about Japanese cherry blossom. I don't know a single person or youtuber who says that is their favorite scent or even in their top 20. I honestly think their most favored fragrance has to be champagne toast!

My favorites are opposites of yours 😂: pumpkin pecan waffles 😍😍😍 pink apple sunrise and beach nights even the new one!! I like so many scents from BBW but my way of saying favorite is if I want a ton of it so my top are Bonfire Bash, Agave Papaya Sunset, Mango Mandarin, Madagascar Vanilla, Warm Vanilla Sugar, Twisted Peppermint...Aromatherapy Patchouli and they had a hand soap in Lemon Meringue that I would love to smell again. ...You have a wonderful collection.

Great list Bonnie! I loved Strawberry Pound Cake when it first came out. However, the scent out now in the faceted collection is weak and doesn't last. Why does BBW keep watering down their previously great scents?! I wish BBW would bring back the entire Land of Sweets line, especially Santa's Blueberry Shortbread and Lemon Snowdrop.

Awesome bideo Bonnie! My tops of all time are Vanilla Bean Noel(when you could actually smell it lol), Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte, Pure Wonder, Belize Tropical Cabana, Into the Night, Sweet Pea, and White Tea and Sage. I based mine on the fact that they do not bother my allergies, make me feel happy and they draw compliments. I'm sure there are a handful of scents Im forgetting lol💕🌸

I think Japanese Cherry Blossom hype started when Glamour magazine put it its best scent of the Year list. A review actually said, "it smells like sixty dollar perfume." That's what started the craze for it.
