Michael Shuman is an amusing bass player to watch. When I see him in pics or walking around between songs, he looks like he'd be a more relaxed player like Dean or maybe Troy, but then Lost Art comes on and his neck is broken from headbanging

@@smwrbd Because the man is a high functioning alcoholic and a meth head? The stage is also littered with beer and liquor bottles. There are nearly constant mistakes, however, when the band overall is as effortlessly tight as the Queens were back then, those little mistakes don't tend to make their way into untrained ears.

@@janhundling4647 same notes really, although as the solo is over a G chord then probably it is more apt to say G dorian with the fourth omitted, the riff starts with a G as well. Also when I wrote C minor I was referring to the original Spiders and Vinegaroons, this is transposed two half-steps up from that so it would be D minor but dorian fits better indeed.

I never understand why all the vocal mics other than josh's are always turned down to the point where you can barely hear them. The experience would be much cooler if you could actually hear the backing vocals.
