Tour of Queens Park. I hope you will enjoy this video. PS: I forgot to include a clip with All Saints Parish Church. A place worth to visit.

Thanks for sharing. Brings back a few memories Lived in Woodstock Rd in the early 1970s. I remember there was an alleyway from Ford And Rd through to Honey Hill rd that to you to the Spar shop. Long since gone. Also the Queens bridge used to be a steel one I'm sure?

@sallyannsanderson6232 He means the bridge from Queens park into town, and yes it did used to be steel with gravel on the floors. There was a murder on the bridge that was unsolved, terrified us all because her head was almost severed

Queens Park has hosted many communities migrating to the Bedford area over the 20th century, firstly Irish and Italian families, followed by Asians, Africans, and most recently, people from Central and Eastern Europe.

@@Pi0trekPL You're talking as if I don't know any of this... Was commenting on how it used to be. It was VERY different back then, it was a place where you could shop, worship and party. It was safer and people spoke English. It's very run down now and it's full of addicts and rough folk. Its a terrible place to live and I still live here, unfortunately

@@Pi0trekPL We used to have 2 fish n chip shops aswell. 2 Italian deli shops with fresh meats, we had a bakery that sold fresh breads and cakes too. You never needed to leave Queens park because everything was here. It's so different now. Very run down. Very rough. Even the streets are dirty now...

@@suicidal9480 Thank you for your comments. I’ve spoken to many people who share the same opinion as yours. I understand that QP thesedays might not be the most desirable area to live. I believe it can be changed. To improve things local communities and councillors need to work together.

@flowaboy8865 You're right. Really rough now lol. I don't even hang around here during the day anyway. Everyone is either an addict, doesn't speak English or with backwards mentality. Not good!
