The judge did take long time the judge was trying to give Martell to be with his kids in his life she probably was studying and looking into this case to see what Martell would do when Martell did not follow the ruling for him to go to counseling with Tank she probably already knew what she was going to do but I think she was trying to keep the father in the kids life and once again Martell failed i'm hapoy because the kids will not be around Arrione hopefully to taunt these kids and call them name as well as her daughter once again Martell screw up but it still a sad situation for children who once had there father in the home and now thay don't all because of Martell conduct and actions

The children had to endure two years of torture at the hands of their crazy father and his barracuda evil paramour, because the judge had a crush and was male identified. That judge needs to be brought up on charges and the juvenile custody court needs to be investigated. That custody case should have been moved to another jurisdiction a long time ago. Now is the time for us to pray for Melody and her children that she will be able to her and her children out of Huntsville. Martell may be their father, but once those children become legal adults they will have nothing to do with him and he will definitely be a lonely bitter man.

Im proud of Mel cause she put her babies first. A lot of these male identified women who claim Mel is using the kids against him and he is a good dad, are sick and shouldn’t have kids. As a child, my dad left my mom and fought for custody of us for the same thing. He didnt mind a spanking but he didnt want my mom making us drink hot sauce and hitting us on top of the head with different items. As a results of these hits, i almost lost my vision and was diagnosed with brain aneurysm from blunt force trauma. It messed me up so bad, I didnt have kids cause i was afraid of being the same way just off genetics. I became a fan of Mel, not because im bitter and been cheated on😂😂 or from the show, hell i didnt even like her at the beginning but when i saw what was really going on and how she put her foot down, walked away from a marriage that was destroying her and how she fight for her kids at the same time having all these haters, baby she is resilience and i fks with it! This is why it was so astute of Melody to document her journey with domestic violence, intimidation and parental complications using the camera lens provided by LAMH. The courts must have significant corroborative evidence in order to terminate parental rights, even if violence and intimidation is involved. Children must also articulate their perceptions of their treatment to the court. This has been accomplished, and the judge has finally committed to reigning in Hoetell.

Martell continues to get slaps on the wrist and come October, he'll get probably get another one. So still AFTER ALL OF HIS EVILNESS, non-complaince, ab'ive rhetoric, and total disrespect of COURT ORDERS, those children are still forced to deal with him 2 weeks a month, yet again, until October and that's supposed to be win? He'll play his little games and the courts will fall for it again and extend it. Where is the win in any of this?
