Hi, I saw 2901 on Monday from memory, light engine with 3 other's I think 24'S and was between Bowen Hills and Fortitude Valley Inbound to the City, Don't know if headed to Progress Rail at Redbank or were in for the Long Haul to Toowoomba, 2901 certainly gets around, Toowoomba, Morven etc, Her Sister 2902 was spotted according to a friend somewhere on the Darling Downs or around Toowoomba, Wasn't specific on Location other than that information given, Nice Video, Always love seeing Great Local Workings in Queensland on Video, Well Done. I would like to See a Heritage Style Train Running in Queensland, Possibly even Two, As a Gentleman said a Few Locomotives in the Traditional Old Blue And White livery hauling a Traditional Style Sunlander Service but with all the Modifications to ensure a Classic return to Yesteryear with the Benefits of Today's Technology with the new Sleeping Cars and those Seated Cars having installed Chair Beds, Another is a Steam Locomotive Hauled Service to say Charleville or Longreach with the Period Coaches of the Day and again with all the Modern Day refurbishments. Wishful thinking I know but if only one Person would step forward and put this idea to rail I wonder what would happen, In case Queensland Rail has forgotten we are leading up to the 2032 Olympic Games and I for one have had Numerous Calls and Texts about the availability of an Older Era Train Running around Queensland. They see plenty Overseas so why not Here in Australia and Queensland to Start With. Again Wishful Thinking that will fall on Deaf Ears, Imagine the Restored Baldwin 2-8-0 I Think it is or the Restored Beyer Garrett Locomotive at the Head of a Long Distance Heritage Steam and Two 2200'S on the Old Version of the Sunlander.
