Chris, i would like to ask you for some advice, I just got a message from hdb telling me i got a queue number for the hougang november's launch but it is queue position 479 and the total units for the whole project is only at 312 units for 5 room flats. Do you think i should also apply for BTO for this coming launch?

Just apply first, you can hold two queue numbers and see if you got lucky this time

nice video keep it up bro, Ghim Koh Ascent PLH is not worth to Q-up to buy, by the time choose hdb unit and building 3-5 year + stay 10 year MOP ... by time u r old aleary 15 year ...if u dnt mind waiting .VS buy resale HDB or Condo new or condo resale . .. in my own personal thinking .
