I vehemently agree. But, her asking about his contract and the stipulations he has in it, have nothing to do with privacy. But, Flip is a CREEP when it comes to Mel and now their interactions have to be watched closely

Stepping out of this specific situation, it is not against the rules to share your salary with coworkers. It actually helps ensure noone is being taken advantage of and that everyone is paod at least a good floor rate for their work. I dont want thay to get lost in conversations because the folks watching this video need to know they can and should seek out wage parity/get what their work is worth....

I advise it vehemently in an independently or corporate contracted position, but unless you’re the lower paid star, I genuinely don’t see how this is beneficial for those getting paid already

@Ellivation there is your current pay and then there is plotting on future pay. When folks collaborate on negotiating pay, they're more successful as a group in future negotiations. We all benefit when we cooperate on things like this...

Honestly I feel for Flip because he’s clearly worth more than he knows how to get and I think his attempts at manipulating almost always backfires on him, even tho I think he’s gotten better at playing it off. But also as a dude in his shape honestly speaking I am astonished he didn’t think she was using him for something early. A M4 wouldn’t talk to him for free, ask Druski, just cuz she looks good doesn’t mean she deserves more trust than anyone. Also as the youngest one in that room for a year I can’t understand how or why Flip gave her or anyone any advice like he’s a mentor. Everyone on the pod including guests could eat off of Flip and probably have but I doubt Flip gets compensated from anyone but Joe but clearly Flip doesn’t miss any phone call. I’m pretty sure Mel been plotting on Flip before the Cam’ron situation just from him talking too much. Cam’s response solidified it tho and It got worse when he kept reinforcing her feminist narratives especially post Diddy charges. By casually talking about the 2000s and 2010s dirty games when it comes to dating/hookups. I think she would put a case on Joe but I can also see her suing someone individually vs the JBN unless Joe personally offends her next quarter, But I do think both sides are pushing for more engagement about them, which I think Joe did a 4th quarter huddle about engaging folks and each other basically give them something to clip. But they are with it just in case they gotta leave after the contract they would rather put their bets at splintering the community than to be one big happy content house.

I spoke on the flip and Mel dynamic a couple of months ago and warned him of everything happening currently. And, to stop associating them as his brothers and sister. You’re absolutely right in the value flip has and everyone has been able to eat off him. In his mind, he was doing her a solid AND thinking it was a way to get closer to her but now she’s about to start playing him like a fiddlestick. Because, like you said, she has been plotting on the negro from the JUMP and now how long game plan is starting to play out. As far as the narratives the crew is starting to run with, I’m curious to figure out how much of it is narrative and how much of it is reality!

I agree with your Mel assessment. If she thinks she’s doing right by her brand on the JBP, she isn’t. It’s too easy to see through the veneer
