And this to show theme also na meron tayo maniniwala at pananampalataya.. Hope soon maka gawa tayo ng group ng simbahan na papasok ang LGBTQia member na walang tumitingin sa kanila o satin na may halung pang huhusga..hope after lgbt love story .ito naman ang makita ng nasa community at higit pa dun sana makita ng iba na pantay pantay nating karapatan.. I think it’s brave what you guys do. You create a safe space for all those who have faith but are being casted away by other religion because of their sexuality. TW // mentions of mental illness, self-harm & thoughts of suicide As a person currently struggling with their faith, gender, and sexuality, this is a video I've put off watching for a long time. A part of me refuses to believe that I am capable of accepting & loving myself for who I love and how I present myself, and my faith had been greatly shaken over the many scandals of the Catholic Church, and because of the damage my mental health suffered from childhood trauma. To be frank, despite wanting to change for the better and setting myself free from suffering, I hate myself above all else. I've taken out my stress by excessively scratching my skin and beating myself. I've cried where no one can see, and pretended to be numb so that I won't worsen conflicts. I've constantly joked about killing myself, and had sometimes thought of actually ending my life thinking no one will miss me. Despite all this, I still pray, even if it's just by simply making the sign of the cross. A small part of my heart has hope that my faith will return to the way it was when I was younger. Thank you so much for affirming my faith through this video. I still have a long way to go, but I'm glad to have found places that I belong in. 🌈💗🌈
