If anyone wants to decompress from Quentin's manic energy, watch an interview with William Goldman. He's the polar opposite but also brilliant.

Cinephile:”Once upon a time in Hollywood “.This is one of Q.T.’S greatest films,or His greatest to date.Why?To me it’s a masterpiece of Historical Biography.Reimagined from people who lived at the time.Particularly the Book “Helter Skelter”.The trial and court hearings research.All put together to evoke a running tension throughout.Supported by flawless direction,locations,Casting and Production values and working Props.But (for me)allowing the Dog (and Wrangler)! take a Starring culminating role!Exquisite?Sorry I’me a big canine fan and as a kid me and my dog watched many episodes of “Lassie”! Thanks.Mac.PS.I read “Helter Skelter”in Miami in ‘77.My only USA trip.Ciao.XMAS.2020.
He's been doing that for a long time. Perhaps even decades--he just chooses not to publish any of it in his lifetime, because he possibly disparages his peers.

As much I am a fan of Quentin Tarantino I think Top Gun is extremely over rated and sucks balls. Of Course I feel the same about Tom Cruise in General. Mission Possible the first movie was okay though. Not great, but Okay.
@MichaelWaisJr3 жыл бұрын
Tom Cruise is a shitty actor. The part where he cries while he reads the Miranda warnings in “Minority Report” is one of the most unintentionally funny scenes in cinema.

Well that's what Quentin was telling us, the movie was all about sucking balls. On a side note, Tom is the best actor in Hollywood.
