You could also use the mine cart system to travel around the area if you have favor. I got 100% favor in all the areas. Use fairy ring to CIS and use mine carts to the different areas from there. And I got to recolor my graceful set to the best colors.

You can recommend players to use a Neckalce of Passage. They are cheap and low level ironman can get them easily. They pretty much offer the same use as a slayer ring for a teleport to the Wizards Tower near Draynor

This is late but other's I recommend to use World 330 and hop into another players house to use teleports such as skills necklace, fairy ring, tree spirit, etc. Just a tip

Idk where you get "Or 1st floor if you're from america" i'm from america and everyone i know and have ever known refers to this as the 2nd floor i have no idea where in america they say this. This has only ever been a problem for me in runescape as i cannot tell if they are talking about the 2nd floor or the ground floor. Even our elevators refer to the 2nd floor as the 2nd floor i always thought this maybe a europe thing to call the 2nd floor the 1st floor.

For everyone. Make sure that you have unlocked the fairy ring for CIS if you are taking it. at 4:00 he doesn't mention it. Take 80k gold at the beginning of the quest, and go north after talking to Mori for the first time to unlock it.
