A major key to an impactful and growing Church is leadership. It boils down to whether the set-man has taken upon himself or herself to lead the congregation. To clarify the vision as commanded by God and motivate the congregation into participation. Imapctful ministry and a growing Church is not a product of luck, it is by design.
