One of the Adventists and their like teachings regarding the Pope is wrongfully represented by the SDA and others. I will be interesting to see, if they are willing to change and tell the truth of the matter. If Mary had named Jesus, the proper name: *"Rock"* , Christ's name would have been *"Cephas"* (John 1:42, 1Cor. 1:12, 3:22, 9:5, Gal. 2:9) in the Aramaic and *"Peter"* in the Greek. There is no argument about it. But, Christ reserved the name "Rock" for Simon Bar Jona, though Christ is the Rock of Ages. *It cannot be denied that Christ Himself named Simon Barjona, "Cephas"* which ONLY means Rock at the beginning of Christ's Ministry. And, in John 1:42 forward, Christ and all the Apostles called Him *"Rock" as long as they lived* . The correct teaching from scripture, is that Cephas does not replace Christ but *Cephas rules in Christ's visible absence with the authority of Christ, as much as Moses ruled Israel and spoke for God. Just as Moses shared God's authority, so does the Pope share in Christ's.* Indeed, 1Cor. 10:1-12 is a dire warning to those who like them that rebelled against Moses perished in the wilderness, remains a warning unto us and to those who have murmured and slandered the Popes and the Church down through the ages in 1Cor. 10:1-12

I admit it was a bit hard for me to understand how a ''Christian'' (so called) system could ever be antichrist but its true. Popery is exactly what Scripture warned, the great ''falling away'' or apostasy of 2 Thessalonians 2, the little horn of Daniel 7, the first beast power of REV 13 and at last she, The Roman Catholic system became the great whore of REV 17. You take great pains to present the old ''pope is the rock'' theory which has been debunked for years by Paul who says... ''Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone''. Ephesians 2:19-22 Only popery continues to claim Christ's church is built on corrupt popes, demonic doctrines and a dark history that burned ''non believers'' at the stake. I am not talking about the rank and file members of this church...God has a message for these dear souls.......''And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.''
