Present Sikyong and ex-Sikyong both studied in Tibetan school. Most of the CTA employees and those who are working in Gadhen Phodang also studied in Tibetan school. It's in the student's hands. So why are private schools necessary?

Education Department , CTA had to close Kurseong school because parents were not sending theirs to Tibetan schools. So, No scholarships to children not goong to Tibetan schools???😮

In a session of Parliament, the Prime Minister referenced Article 6 of the Tibetan Charter during his concluding speech, reiterating the same article at a public gathering in this video. This article states: "It shall be ensured that all laws of the Central Tibetan Administration, executive orders, and its regulations are in compliance with international law and, in particular, with the laws of the host countries” Mr. Syikyong Penpa Tsering frequently cites this article to support his arguments. However, where was Mr. Syikyong’s understanding of such law during the global Covid-19 lockdown? When India enforced a nationwide lockdown under the National Disaster Management Act, 2005, as per Article 6 of the Tibetan Charter, which requires compliance with the host country's laws, this should have been acknowledged. Yet, without fully grasping or interpreting the law correctly, Syikyong’s kashag, in collaboration with the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission, engaged in misguided correspondence with the Parliament, questioning why the session was not proceeding. This lack of legal comprehension, both from kashag and the Tibetan Supreme justice commission, led to a serious mistake. Instead of adhering to India's National Disaster Management Act, they suspended the Tibetan Parliament’s standing committee, sparking widespread issues within the Tibetan diaspora., which is still in continuity. Now, when Mr. Syikyong speaks of following Article 6, I can’t help but laugh. Laymen may be confused or misled, but not everyone is fooled.
