Sir why did you take 126000 instead of 240000 as it is higher

Coz, ER - 2,40,000 AR - 2,52,000 here, AR is higher So we take AR - 2,52,000 Now,we can deduct vacancy So, AR - 2,52,000 (-) Vacancy= 1,26,000 GAV = 1,26,000
