Funny enough it will be 20 years of yt next year. I hope that we as species will be able to preserve the content of such plattforms, to understand the past and plan for the future. This way we will have access to the thoughts of millions of normal people, not just the opinions of biassed journalists, politicians etc. which tend to skew and distort our views.
