hello Ervin, thanks for watching our video! no, David didn't need to give up his citizenship, one thing is becoming pareja de hecho + getting the card to be able to live here documented, and another thing would be a change of citizenship and passport. for now we don't think that needs to be done, since he can live here anyway. if you have any other doubt, let us know! have a great day 😊👌
