Do sororities care if you're trying to graduate a year early? Will that affect my chances if I share these plans.

there were a lot of girls in my sorority who graduated early so no we didn’t care’

It would depend on the time demands of the sorority. Most sororities have some mandatory events. It should not be a problem, but I think it would be fair for you to address this to the Panhellenic board before you rush.
