Bhai, I was born and raised in Quetta, I moved to USA in 1990, but I got back every two years, I was just there and tried all the foods again, I m glad you are showing Quetta and Khizdar. Quetta is the food paradise.

I remember while in early 2000 when I was settled in Jeddah, there was a small Pakistani shop in Textile Market of Al Balad. That shop was opened only for 2 hrs 8 to 10 am. The rice and chole he used to serve was the Best I ever had in my life. Such kind of food we don't get in India also. I had that only for Breakfast and had it for 6 yrs without missing a day in Jeddah. It was amazing. ❤️

Wahh Jia Kya shahr dikha diya..Hamrey Dada huzooe...Kamm ke silsily main Queta main rehtey they..since my childhood..I learnt pasto counting. Which was taught by Dada ji YavA dwa .triyo..chlo pinja shapk ovaa atta na luss...one to ten. 1903 ki पैदाइश thi unki.or 1987 main inkaal hua...lekin yaad kaffi..hai unkey saath ki. Neejey.. chilgosey..fine nuts..dry fruit main hamare father ko bahut oansand they...ek accha shahar ki acchi yaad.

Since I'm from i quetta I'd be glad to tell u about the famous dishes and restaurants of quetta where u would get to know the real quetta food. For breakfast do try niamat qada prince road. Also try lehri sajji, Rosh from dubai hotel, gobbar hotel ki chaii, gulshan karahi, burgers at baig snackbar, united savor food ka korma, kaddi kabab, kamal chargha, and lastly try the food at jan broast, trust me you gonna love them all.

The Pratha you had was actually afghan style fast food called (Bulani بولانی) In pashto its called Peerahki (پیره کی) (whole Quetta is full of Afghan food and culture. Mostly afghan hazara ethnic group. 🇦🇫🌺☘️🌱🌿🌴🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫
