Hey Krypto Trekker, I have been watching your channel for a while and I enjoy all your videos but if I can make a sugguestion and I am not sure if its possible but I think it would be good if we can see a map of where you walked through start and end point? Maybe in the bottom corner like they do in a video game that you add later during editing. Otherwise another very enjoyable video I miss Phillipines 🤗

Thanks for sharing. I miss Cubao. So many things have changed. Wala na yung mga old movie houses along Aurora Blvd (ACT theater, Remar, Coronet, Odeon). Sidewalk vendors are still everywhere, part na talaga sila ng culture dyan. Although there was one time, during the tenure of President GMA and MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando in the early to mid-2000s where Cubao was very clean and there were no vendors along the sidewalks, police everywhere, and the sidewalks were open and clean. It was very safe. I miss that era.

I am traveling to Philipines next year and would be traveling around this area as well. Its feels nostalgic seeing how the infrastructure is similar to Hong Kong, but whoever is in charge of city planning didn't invest in upgrading and it perpetually looks like Hong Kong in the early to mid 90s, before the infamous Kowloon City was demolished.

I saw the sign says Cogeo, I have a family lives in Cogeo. From the place I was born and grew up in Old Sta Mesa, Manila, we would walked to Aurora Blvd to Gilmore Street, the Sampaguita Pictures and the celebrities’ homes then continued walking to Cubao, the Araneta Coliseum was the only one by itself in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful because it didn’t look crowded. Then I went home as Balikbayan, I didn’t recognize the Araneta Coliseum because it was surrounded of all different stores. Nakakamiss naman.! Big improvements around the place, thank you for showing the street names. Sipag mo naman Kuya. I really enjoy watching your videos. Noong little girl ako, isang ako lawatchera, kung saan-saan nagpupunta kahit malayong lakarin nagtitipid sa pamasahe. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year’s to all.! Stay safe. In California, is very cold, we had rains, we have the heater on and blankets around our legs when watching TV. Socks on around the house. 💕 💜💜💜💜🙏🙏🙏 🇺🇸🇵🇭.
