¾ cup All purpose flour (90grams)
2 large Eggs
½ cup Sugar (100 grams)
1 tsp Baking Powder
⅛ tsp Baking Soda
½ cup Melted butter / vegetable oil (120 ml)
¼ cup Milk (60 ml)
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Ingredients Air Fryer Donuts:
- 280 g (2 cups + 3 tbsp flour) All purpose flour
- 40 g (3 tbsp) Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 120 g (½ cup) Whole milk
- 40 g (⅓ stick) Melted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dried yeast
Ingredients for No Knead Air Fryer Bread
2 Cup flour
2-3 tbspn sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 cup warm milk
2 teaspoon yeast
2 tablespoon melted butter
1 egg
Egg wash
1Egg
2 tsps milk
