Method of preparation
Fry onions and peppers for 10 minutes.
Then add the bacon, fry for another 5 minutes.
Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper
In a lightly oiled pan pour half of the beaten eggs, spread them all over the pan like a pancake.

A minute later we turn around.
In one half we put grated yellow cheese, then from the fried vegetables with bacon and again grated yellow cheese.
Fold in half.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with parsley.
