I tried this recipe almost 10 times now. Everytime I'm amazed. The trick to put sooji with the milk before boiling is so amazing! It makes all the difference in texture! One small addition I tried was frying the dry fruits in butter before adding them to the firni. Amazing creamy results! Absolutely brilliant. Thank you for sharing this with us. 🤍
