Just keep in mind that you have to be very careful with chia seeds they need to be very well hydrated before it is consume❗️ because otherwise it could cause a blockage in your intestines, I see that you put almond milk but you also you put oats the oats also absorb alot of the moisture, Chia seed is a very healthy seed but it Must Be Very Well Hydrated❗️ I suggest that you should drink water before and after if you eating that on a daily basis I myself prefer to soak the Chia separately overnight in plenty of water 16 oz of filtrate water and 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds mix it up well, cover up and put refrigerator overnight; the next day I put it in a blender with any fruits of your preference and drink it as a smoothie, you can use organic cow milk NO almond milk❗️ Why because almond milk has CALCIUM CARBONATED ADDED IT TO IT, it's one of the added ingredients you can read it in the ingredients listed: Calcium Carbonated it does not absorb well by the bones it spread in your body you need to start taking vitamin K complex with D3 so your bones can absorb the calcium better; otherwise it goes into your arteries, and regarding strawberries that fruit is highly sprayed with pesticides I actually don't like to eat strawberries because of that On Lest it's Organic, and always rinse it really well with filtrate of water before consumption Even if it's organic. P.S. I dedicate my free time always learning what is clean and healthy regarding supplements, food, and products that we daily use, put on our skin or in contact with our skin and Keep in Mind that You had to take it ONE DAY AT A TIME Always Alert, Always Learning GOD BLESS YOU

Very true. I read an article, this man just ate a spoon of chia seeds and it lodged and expanded in his throat and he had a hard time swallowing other foods. Went to the doctors and they found the blockage and removed the seeds. But they expand due to the moisture in your body so not only the intestines can get blocked, your throat can too.

They have organic chia seeds I'm the big bag for really inexpensive and sprouted rolled oats and all kinda of nut milks. I make my own. They have everything she's making. Your tripping on acid. This hardly costs anything

Try coconut milk with some walnuts and add a healthy fat like tbsp of olive oil, avocado oil, etc and don't forget a 1/4 tsp of healthy iodized sea salt. Humans need salt and iodine.

👉Agave surely and slowly destroys your liver, and maple is still sugar which feeds all kinds of illnesses, at least honey is a little bit better but if you don't want sugar at all and want to go natural, then YACON SIRUP is the best option, or the green real stevia or monk fruit, very natural and nutritious.

Thanks. She says she’s using three 27 ounce jars but the Walmart link she tagged says they’re 17 ounce jars. Maybe she thought they’re 27 ounces.

Coincido, es demasiado azúcar y frutas combinadas como frutas ácidas con plátano. Eso que preparó es una bomba para mí estómago. Me quedo solo con la avena endulzada con miel y canela. Luego, por separado, yogurth natural con manzana picada. Ojalá el yogurth sea fabricado en casa con yogurtera.

what I love about her videos, is that the accuracy of measuring all ingredients is the same, she pays attention to the detail of the recipe, and is very organized...I saw some oatmeal recipe videos, they spoon the ingredients not the same as one mason jars jars
