📝Ingredients: 26 cm mould
300 g 00 flour
100 g Sugar
120 g Butter
2 eggs
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon baking powder for desserts
A few drops of Almond Extract or flavouring
For the stuffing:
400 g Ricotta (I used cow's milk ricotta)
4 tablespoons of sugar
Almond extract or flavour
50 g Almond Flour (or chopped almonds)
2 - 3 tablespoons Sugar
Almond extract or flavour
Cherry or sour cherry jam
Powdered sugar
