Anna you missed one important detail...After doing the edit you have to zoom out, (make the picture smaller than your canvas) and see if it still looks realistic, otherwise you have to reduce opacity

Check the export settings.. one will be Adobe RGB, and the other will be SRGB. Export in SRGB and check if they differ. Also, if you have True Tone turned on on your phone, the colors can be different
