After the work out today, I got home and prepared a snack/dessert. More like dessert I would say because it tastes really good. Anyway, you can try it; just follow the steps in the video. By the way, a low-carb bite.... (avocado, blueberries, walnuts, sugar-free shredded coconut, chia seeds, and whipping cream (35%). Good for a change.
