Quick Break From Moto! Deegan Family Hike | Hudson Injury Update

Making a deal with Haiden to get a few days off of training to unwind, we took the family on a hike to a waterfall spot that we'd been to before. Cliff diving and tubing down the river made for a great day of fun under the sun! Definitely what we all needed to help recoup and get ready to get back on the grind!

From following his journey for so long of course Haiden wants to keep training.....he can smell the championship blood in the water and he is hungry . Funny everyone talking about the "new" beast mode but i've been watching him rip beast mode since he was on a 65cc. Great to see him finally turn it loose on the 250.

I 100% agree with you. I've seen it too. I really believe he's been holding back trying to be this mistake free rookie since he has been seeing all these vet pros make mistake after mistake. Last weekend he decided to let it all out, trust his training, his skill and his bike. The sick thing is I think he can go even faster. The speed we saw he already had in him and he's just gonna get better and faster.

@@lifeisgood3589 i do think he has been riding within himself but i also believe they found something in the suspension setup that is allowing him to ride the bike how he wants. and yes i also believe he is going to get even faster. He knows it for sure now and that confidence is key when you have the throttle twisted as far as it can go.

Love Linville falls been there a few time's love our waterfalls in western NC. Im 40 minutes away form Linville Gorge. Lake James has been my playground for 40 year's as well. Awesome video guy's. Congrats on the 1/1 l am so proud of Haiden. 💯🏁🇺🇸👍

Man best thing about having been in the US navy was the jets. Now in pensacola and see the blue angles practing all the time. I was actually on my new ADV bike (Husky Norden 901 Expedition) in a different part of western NC (blue ridge parkway area near Asheville) checking out some waterfalls. I’d have flipped my crap had I run into the first family of motocross out in the woods. So happy you have the insight to know what’s best for Haiden AND the family. Family time! So pumped for the 1-1 domination this past weekend! 🏍️💨🇺🇸 But all the success in the world isn’t as important as our time spent with our loved ones. I feel for Hudson, I recently had major surgery on my neck: posterior cervical laminectomy. I had to wear the Aspen Vista cervical collar for (2) months. I just recently was told I didn't have to wear it anymore. I know the pain...it sucks! My prayers are with Hudson!

When my son ( he's also a pro athlete) was Hadens age, he also was hard to keep from training during a break, now he is 25 and realizes how the importance of it , it really is, a week off would do wonders, 2-3 days off, definitely not enough, your body needs those breaks, especially when your asking what you are from it, just my 2 cents..lol good luck!!

Awesome family time away from moto the precious memories made to last a lifetime so glad Hudson is on the road to recovery I just traveled to my sons in MS and daughter in New Orleans area for 2 weeks each then we met up at Navarre beach for a few days then Ft.pickens near Pensacola for 4 days and my gkids also.I just want them to have memories of times like that we all were together just like you are doing with yours You got Brian so cool to know you get it thank you.🎣👍🧜‍♂️🧜‍♀️🍔👌❤
