Quick Case: Big Ventricles

I know that enlarged ventricles aren't really ENT, but it is SUCH a nice example of this disease that I couldn't pass it up.

I thought acute callosal angle and gyral crowding near vertex in setting of communicating hydrocephalus were the specific signs of NPH 😅

Yeah, some people like those findings. I have had more luck with elevation of the corpus. Sensitivity is more important than specificity because you want to suggest the diagnosis and at least get the neurologists thinking about the possibility.
