Is it possible to enable Netflow without a Netflow collector or server?

Great video that covers the topic in more detail than most other NetFlow videos. Am i right to assume that if I do not configure a sampler in a flexible netflow configuration, it will sample 1 out of 1 packets? Where can I confirm this? We currently have a flexible NetFlow configuration active without a sampler, but we suspect that not all packets are "reported" on a Cisco 3850 Catalyst switch.

You have mentioned below commands for flexible netflow . flow exporter FNF_EXPORT destination 1.1.1.1 transport udp 9995 export-protocol netflow-v9What exactly is 1.1.1.1 here. I see in the diagram, it as some kind of a server. Please let me know

remembering "ip cache flow" = sounds a lot like ip cash flow and then you just make a quick mnemonic like "as long as there are cache flows you have cash flows"?. i dunno, i know that's terrible.
