blessings Bridget, thank you very much for the direction to the kenkey making with "Indian head" dried milled corn. My grandmother was a kenkey seller in Ghana 🇬🇭 when we left England 🇬🇧 to live with her in the sixties. We helped her to cook it and when I returned ↪️↩️ to England 🇬🇧, I have used Indian head for my corn dough for years for banku and kenkey. I always use a half/half or 1:1 ratio. Thank you for your directions or instructions. I have watched your kenkey making channel using Indian head for it. I was making kenkey as I responded to you. Thank you very much. I wish I know a way of sending photos 🌠 to show you my kenkey. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
