Thanks Yeah I’ve been thinking I should do a follow-up. Maybe show where the mics ended up after the initial setup and etc… the only issue with showing the audio portion is Screen recording software like OBS has trouble with external sound devices (this will answer your other question) I use a presonus Studiolive 16.4.2 AI as my interface nothing else at the time 2014* was 32 bit 96k with at least 12 built in preamps (which I really wanted) so I could use more than 8 mics at a time. But yeah OBS hates external interfaces… but maybe I can capture the audio and video from my desktop into my laptop and make that video and show/let you hear the results.
