I don't have the Hourglass eyeshadow pots but the Charlotte Tilburry version. Oyster Pearl is a gem for looks like this that is not too warm, I blend it out with my bronzer (CT light/fair) and add some MAC soft and gentle in the inner corner (that's also my highlighter). And yes, done in 15 minutes is key on days like this where you are running around. The holidays are nice but also I'm glad when it is january and everything is done, the decorations are back on the attack and I just curl up on the sofa waiting for better weather.

I always dreamed of celebrating christmas, your Christmas sounds so fun! I was always slightly envious of everyone else who get excited about all the festivities. But my parents never cared and I have spent the last 10 christmases alone doing nothing and never once in my life had Christmas dinner, and probs never will. So Christmas is very much a boring dull day for me, as I don't go to my parents house as it was a toxic household.

Aww that’s so sad 😢 You can make your own special Christmas memories though! Get a little table top Christmas tree and set it on a cute Christmas placemat or table runner. Put some twinkle lights around your place. Twinkle lights and all the Christmas lights is what gives the special Christmas feeling. So just put up some lights around your house inside. Start a tradition with yourself! Have a really good meal by yourself and watch Christmas movies all day ❤️🎄🎅🏼 I don’t have a big family. It’s just me and my teen daughter at home. I’ve been single for 14 years. But I always put up so many Christmas decorations and lights, it really helps to get in the Christmas spirit

Yes you can make Christmas special by starting your own traditions. My family likes to do a puzzle together but puzzles are fun by yourself too. Find one with a cozy winter scene to work on. Maybe bake a treat or two that you enjoy, and you could always make a plate to share with a neighbor or friends. Find Christmas films you like and play them thru the day, helps one feel less alone to have the tv on. When not watching a film keep holiday music on a speaker to help keep a festive feeling. Light candles, use lots of strands of lights to decorate and make things cozy. Cut out paper snowflakes to tape in the window. There are lots of things you can do to make the day special, whether you’re by yourself or with friends or family it doesn’t really matter-you can make the day what you want it to be! ❤😊
