I’ve had trouble with psyllium husk powder turning my pizza crusts purple…any idea how to prevent this from happening?

Oh this happens if you don't add enough acid!! Did you make sure to add the acv or lemon juice? That will prevent it from happening!

I've never heard Millet pronounced this way. Isn't it pronounced "mill-it."

It was another recipe I tried for pizza dough that had psyllium but did not have acid as an ingredient. I wanted to make sure the same thing wouldn’t happen with your recipe. Thanks for responding.
