QUICK & EASY iTrain - creating blocks, feedbacks & routes

iTrain. It's a great tool, but it's tricky to get working...unless you know how.
And that's the problem, there are loads of resources out there, but nothing definitive.
The absolute GOLD STANDARD of "how to" videos comes care of ‪@bobfuller‬ who has the most amazing series of tutorial videos. I strongly urge you to take a look, especially the iTrain 5.1 Supplemental Tutorial Series.
However...this is MY quick and dirty "how to" create a series of blocks for easy automatic train routing.
