I think the small concrete bases are for a giant billboard as theming for the coaster and it would be double sided so you can see it from the other of the lower lot etc

Do you think, That because its fast and furious IP that these walls that are getting installed for "sound barrier" will have graffiti/street art along side them as to really pay homage to the DTLA/LA streets that are filled with graffiti and street art. If not, huge missed opportunity!
