I've had good luck with J-B Weld on dry solid parts, but getting it to work in wet applications will always be harder. The radiator weld kit may have worked better, but like you said you have to act quick!

For sure I see good results on dry plastic. This was a good temporary fix!

My radiator had 3 cracks I used gasket maker to just get me to town worked for a bit also it helps if you don't fill up the whole radiator not sure why but radiator didn't leak when it was 3/4 full

It just fiberglass resin use less hardener or mek which is the catilist , ruff up and clean then use angel hair for your mat small paint bush on some of the fired resin lay your mat and brush on more resin. Very simple process and it will work for ever trust me worked with hundreds of gallons of glass,no water will be lost anymore.

For plastic radiator leak, forget everything. Use Weicon Aqua repair stick. Made for plastic radiators. Used it n satisfied. Takes upto 120 C (250 F). The extra I have I will use for my plumbing

U should always get ur radiator from like Autozone, O'Reillys, or Advance Auto Parts because the Radiator will be lifetime warranty and way cheaper than the dealer.

I ended up going with a DENSO which is the same as the Toyota dealership uses per my understanding.

Because the reviews said it gets hot, I put a ceramic bowl in freezer and mixed the epoxy in there after it got cold and it gave me plenty of time to fix the crack in the plastic of the upper part of my radiator. It has not leaked yet. A simple fix for what could be a big problem.

yeah they say it works but that type of plastic on the tanks never seems to work well for it i tried same ended up doing the same as you had to get a replacement radiator to cure it.

If you would of read the directions you would of found out it has a quick curing time so apply quickly after mixing
