Quick Fix for clacking or grinding noise while turning (Subaru Forester or others)

An easy way to fix, or temporarily stop, for loud grinding or clacking noise when turning on a Subaru Forester.

An alternative is At-205..It's a polimer and can be used on any of the many rubber bushings to rejuvenate the rubber.

Can you show in the video that you did spray your Subaru strut with WD40? I mean the rubber part?

Hi, mind to share if the grinding noise happens during turning with acceleration or deceleration or both ? For mine it happens only during turning + deceleration (foot on brake pedal). Dealer still unable to figure out the exact cause since early 2022.

I have grinding noise on my Forester and I don’t think it’s the suspension. More like wheel bearings.

I have the same... but only on my summer original mags. When on my winter rims , it dosent do it ! Did you found it ?!

How about going to the dealer and have it fixed under warranty ? Subaru gives 5-8 years warranty, well here in Europe at least

Not everyone's vehicle still have warranty, especially if the car was rebuilt/fixed from an accident.

I have the same issue I took it to dealer car is covered and they said everything checked out fine so ill be trying this so frustrating having a newer vechile sound like this

6000.00 subaru is gonna charge you for a car under warranty and you go to walmart and spend 10.00 bucks.may have to rethink about buying a subaru....
