Quick Fixes to FCPX Titles Not Working

Hi people! I have realised that these methods DON'T work with the LATEST 10.5.X. So, PLEASE do not upgrade if you are UNSURE (some plugins do not support these versions of FCPX). If not, you can only pray for the authors to update their plugins .... Otherwise, you can call Apple to DOWNGRADE your FCPX back to 10.4.X. On the other hand, ALL my plugins work with the latest FCPX and they were from Envato Market. So, go check them out! Using FCPX 10.5.1 on the M1 MacBook Pro. Customized a default title in Motion but after saving it didn't work anymore. I opened the title copy in TextEdit and changed the version number from "5.13" to "5.11". This did it for me, thanks!

Hello, I have Mac Mini Silicon M1 and I noticed that I can't use Pixel Film Studio Titles and Effects. Previously used a MacBook Pro and it worked, but the MacBook Pro is too slow. How do I use Titles and Effects on a new computer (Mac Mini M1)?

Hi, sorry to hear that. it could be the M1 chip that is stopping you to use the titles, as many of my friends and viewers have pointed out to me that there seems to be a compatible issue with M1 chip and many plugins. However, let me dig into this and see what I can do to help (if there is no compatible issue between your plugin & M1)
