Should I use awakeing gem on Ice man or wolverine or old man Logan

Probably not. Generic awakening gems and mutant gems have better options in my opinion.

Do you regret R5 iceman I have a r5 mutant gem and Atm Iceman is my only option should I wait or go for it

I used a 4->5 gem. No regrets at all. He is constantly in AW attack or AQ. His r5 damage output scaled better than I thought it would.
