Coach/Professor Erik Paulson is my favorite grappler/fighter by miles. He speaks the way I understand, and his knowledge/technique is bottomless. I’m just thankful his content is so accessible. Love this guy.

Erik Paulson is by far my favorite grappling instructor. No bs and explains things in a way you can understand plus has a killer mentality.

Yo Erik, looking good man. Still a great teacher. This is Louie from Tacketts. It's been 30 years and I still remember stuff you taught me. Thanks man.

@@erikpaulson4929 Same here man. Doing well. Living in Idaho. Run into Chris Kent once in a while. Trying to stay healthy. When i hit 50 the body really started breaking down! Lol. But great man. Really enjoy your stuff. Taught my son that Shooto Flow you used to teach us a few years ago. Great stuff man.

I spent 8 months focused on omaplatas. The onteresting part is that by the end of it, I could see all kinds of entries. Armlocks, triangles, and the back just always seemed available.

Are you training at CSW now?
@JohnDoe-kh3hy Жыл бұрын
@@mikuspalmis I wish but I live far away - Dana Point - I sold my car due to financial hardship - so the only nearby bjj facility -at least by now - is "peaceful warrior" (I think Sensei there is or was a CSW student). Thanks for the follow up. I dream of training with you, guys

Man everything you're saying is exactly what I think about the sport right now. All the arts should be combined people think wreslting is just standing, but wrestling can be used effectively on the ground too.

Paulson, do you speak Japanese? Still go there? You should do a shoot video of your time in Japan with some stories.
