I LOVE💕 this workout 🏋️♂️! I’m a 53 yr old woman with painful knee early on set arthritis. And yet, I was able to “Workout Complete” with Tasha and her modifications. This is what I love... Fitness Blender doesn’t make you feel any less when following the modified version. “Just Keep moving” Tasha tells me “keep moving”! ....AND I DO! Thanks Fitness Blender❣️

I really love how Tasha mentions little body tweaks you can do to get the most out of a stretch. Stretching is easily the most important part of fitness, because cold or just worked muscles can become easily injured. taking a moment to explain stretch positions is a wonderful addition to these workouts, so thank you Tasha!!

Loved this workout Tasha! I like that the moves were challenging but the pacing made it doable. I also loved the structure which is a little different than many FitnessBlender routines, but it made this workout fly by.

I was an avid Fitness Blender user, almost daily, until I got pregnant. Then, due to a rough postpartum and COVID sadness, I stopped working out. Now, almost 20 months later, this was my first workout back. Tasha, girl, you are going to help me lose this baby weight and bring me back to life!!

I’m trying to get back into a habit of working out and I always used fitness blender when I had a better workout schedule. I really liked the circuits having 3 exercises. It felt a lot more manageable for me even though I’m back to being a beginner! Thanks for the hard work Tasha!

27:20 YES, 100% yes. I hate it when a trainer decides to throw a bonus at the end of a workout without prior notice. When you're almost done with a workout, you're not mentally prepared for such surprises. It's always better to know upfront.

My first workout with Tasha and man, that was intense! In the end I was dripping with sweat just like her - could barely see anything 😂 I loved how the workout was designed and due to her motivation I made it all the way through and really pushed myself to go faster etc. Added this to my favorites - THANK YOU!

Like other commenters have mentioned, there is something calming and reassuring about her. Perhaps because she has soft spoken voice and doesn’t engage in unnecessary banter during the workout. That being said, I feel audio could slightly improve . Would definitely be doing this workout many times!

Omg I just completed this workout. Started breathing heavily after the second round of the warm up then I was almost gave up after the second round of the first circuit😖😣😜 Thank God I didn’t give up. Awesome Hitt Workout👏🏾👏🏾👍🏽
