While I usually don't eat "breakfast" in the traditional sense of the word, there have been a few times lately where I've been on the go and needed a quick meal I could have grabbed from the fridge to take with me to eat without needing to reheat. So I decided to give overnight oats a try! They are super good and sweetened naturally so there's no added sugar or maple syrup or agave. Recipes listed below!

BROWNIE
1 cup oats
1.25 cups soymilk
1 tbsp cocoa
½ banana chopped
½ teaspoon cinnamon
CARROT CAKE
1 cup oats
1.25 cups soymilk
1 carrot grated
¼ cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
Pinch nutmeg
LEMON BERRY
1 cup oats
1.25 cups soymilk
1 cup triple berry blend
½ tsp cinnamon
Lemon zest
PUMPKIN PIE
1 cup oats
1.25 cups soymilk
⅓ can pumpkin puree
½ banana chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp allspice
¼ tsp clove
OR 2.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
TROPICAL
1 cup oats
1.25 cups soymilk
½ cup mango
½ cup pineapple
2 tbsp shredded coconut
