I admire that you use an eraser not as a way to remove “mistakes”, but as a way to add to the image :) As a young artist, it’s quite hard for me to learn that “mistakes” don’t necessarily exist in something like art. Watching your videos has really inspired me, and I started drawing with inks and markers so I’m unable to erase or cover up my mistakes. By not removing what I thought was a wrong stroke, and instead incorporating it into my piece, I’ve made some of my favorite drawings to date. Thank you for being so active on social media, your process is very educational to watch and also very fun

Just tried this piece with willow charcoal and a sponge, I love this style. Using the powder pastels seems a bit faster for values, I need to try get some. ✌🏽
